There are three resort-pools, Jacuzzis, a gymnasium, cineplex, billiard, a library, a kid’s club, steam rooms and sauna rooms, tennis, table-tennis, squash courts, and The Pulai Spa. With so much to offer, it should come as no surprise that Pulai Springs Resort has won several awards and accolades including the 2000 World FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award for the World's Best Resort Development, acknowledged by the Wall Street Journal to be “the most prestigious real estate award in the world”. Enjoy Szechuan, Cantonese, and Fuzhou cuisines at the award-winning Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant, or go for local and international delights at Gleneagles Terrace. With the spectacular view of the finishing 18th holes of both courses, this Scottish-themed restaurant also presents live performance and dinner buffets during the weekends. For a thoroughly relaxing and wonderful stay, make the Pulai Springs Resort your accommodation of choice.

A Memorable Vacation

Sports Centre Jacuzzi and Sauna, Swimming Pool, Resort Landscape

The check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, the food was good. The best part is the resort has 5 pools to choose. It has got a very nice Tee Tee Club for kids to enjoy. Papa could relax in the jacuzzi and mama could go to spa. One can forget work and enjoy the calm ambience and well designed landscape of the resort. A truly memorable vacation.

Disappointing with the service

Location, peacefulness, ample parking
5.7
Generally stay is fine. However the fridge in the room was not working. Went to the restaurant asking for some ice to cool down my drinks. The staff seek for a payment of RM5.00, even I mentioned before that the room fridge is spoilt! I'm a member of the resort, and unfortunately having to book as a member, it is much more expensive than booking in Agoda. This is truly unheard of.

It is overrated for Cinta suite

Environment, cool and clean air
5.3
We had to stay at 2-bedroom Cinta suite since we have a 3 years old kid. It is obviously overrated for this suite. The room needs renovation or repair. It looks like the air con was installed not that long ago, but the old space was not covered, so we could see inside of bathroom ceiling, quite unpleasant. 2nd room had no window. Enough for 1 night.
