Awful managment
Agoda messed up our booking and as a consequence we were refused boarding the boat, the Pulau Tiga Resort Manager told me "we are not allowed to enter the bay before paying". Ok so since when do I have to pay at a hotel before arriving at the actual site? We were treated as someone unable to pay, it was an awful experience and never will I stay there again. In addition the place has a serious problem with monkeys (Long-tailed Macaques) which are very aggressive - one entered our room for food whilst my son were inside. On the good side all staff are excellent.

Good surface but fair room condition
Many activities package offered, good staffs and got the best sea view
Room condition is not good. Activities are a bit overpriced. But staff are nice and friendly. The sea view and natural environment are perfect

Overpriced, dirty, understaffed
Staff were nice.
I will never go back to this resort unless they renovate the villas and significantly improve housekeeping. Facilities were in bad condition. Food is so-so.

only resort in the island - and it's good
helpful staff, clean room, wifi available though not that good
the lead staff jenibell is very helpful, the guides also very friendly and helpful. the room is simple but clean. the mud pool is fun - no need to carry things there, just swim suit and camera. the guide will help to take care of your things when you are in the pool and when you are out of it with mud coated all over your body. should pay and snorkl in sand pit island - beautiful.

Average 'resort'
food, mud baths, helpful staff
My stay was fine, however, not worth. The accommodation is easily one star - this is a lodge not a resort. You can't lay on the beach as it is full of washed up rubbish and driftwood so the only purpose for going to this island is to do the volcano walks/nearby island tours/snorkelling if it isn't cloudy. The food was extremely good here, that was a definite positive and the mud baths were fun. But value for money is definitely lacking - they really should upgrade the rooms for the price you pay. Being a solo traveller, land transport was very difficult. Overall, I do not regret going and did enjoy my time but would not return as there are much nicer beaches to go to.

Location, Food, and Friendliness of Staff
Being a Survivor Fan, I enjoyed my time at Pulau Tiga Resort. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my trip to the mud volcano and snorkeling in the water.

A nice 2 day stay
Viewing wildlife, food, staff.
We really enjoyed our stay there. I wanted to see the sea snakes and other wild animals and we had that. The staff really did their best for us. The only down side was the wifi, which was very patchy.

A Must Stay!
Beach. Night Hike. Sunset.
This is a fairly late review, however I need to put in my opinion on this place. I wont get into too much detail, but I am a seasoned traveler and this is probably the best (most unique) place I have EVER stayed. the beach is amazing. the water crystal clear. the staff very happy and cooperative. candle light dinner on the beach is a MUST! also, take a night hike to the other side of the island with a guide...once in a lifetime experience. enjoy!!!!

location is stunning, food is fantastic and the staff fiendly an courteious
Transport to PTR was a bit difficult with no info provided by Agoda about boat transfer times. This cost us half aday at PTR. Once we arrived, everything was great!
