Great ambience and service!
Everything was good from the day we checked in! We got upgraded to the executive room and we were wowed by the view up there. Staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff especially the Thai greeter - she is always all smiles and genuine smile and getting our requests ready.

great location. subway is only 5 min walk. many restaurants nearby. only a problem is that the swimming pool is too small.. other that that , worth to stay with this reasonable price

There were so many to improved as to a 5 stars hotel
There room service wasn't good enough , we have stayed there for about a week or so, the room supply everyday have sth missing , one day you will see tea bags not refill ,another day might be floor towel or toothbrush not refill . The room size is good , however the room we stayed there were too many to maintain , one day we found out the safe box can't open, then there they go drilling in the morning to open it , another the air conditioning was leaking water , I think as a 5stars hotel , it's apparently has so much more to improve , one thing I like it was the service in the hotel door, the security was polite and helpfully eveyrtime , there is a burger shop next to the hotel , which if you provide your room number there is promotion , however the staffs inside the waitress ladies was rude , don't have respect for customers.

Overall this hotel is ok. Not so near to MTR. Pool is too small. Gym is ok. I like the room though.
