Needs a bit of TLC
location, location. location.
It is always OK. It is looking a bit tired. The room service menu is always a bit of hit and miss. But I will stay again as I like the location and the concierge team are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

Shoe-string attention fir a premium price.
Room service, out-of-hours staff, being left alone.
The luggage trolleys, while evident, are largely unused for solo travellers. After an all-night flight, I could have done with some assistance with my bags, instead of a nod towards the elevator by reception. Inconsistent restocking of the mini-bar was frustrating. Breakfast is over-priced for what was on offer.

I would rate it 3.5 star max
Staff generally very friendly and obliging, great location and complimentary late checkout
It was overall a pleasant stay, however I would only rate this hotel as 3.5 star. Staff were friendly and generally very eager to help but when I checked in at night it was a rather rushed affair and the receptionist forgot to tell me little but useful things like where breakfast is served and what time. On the second day, I was out since 730am but my room had not been cleaned when I got back to the hotel at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, however when requested housekeeping was quick to respond. It's my first stay at Pullman, I did not like my room's view as it looked out into 3 other buildings. The room decor, especially the green marble in the bathroom looked tired and dated. Baked beans served at breakfast tasted like it came straight out of a can, pork buns were hard and dry (not steamy and fluffy.) Not exactly 5 star hotel materials. These little things really add up and I think I could've stayed at other nearby hotel that is better value for money and that appeal more to my aesthetic side.
