hotel closed when we arrived!!!
closed when we arrived!!!
We arrived at midnight and the hotel was closed. I am still waiting for my money back.

location for us needs some paint
the Staff are great and friendley but hotel features were not as avdt TV only worked in 1 of the 12 rooms NO dvd players and no coffee and tea in rooms
it was a good location for us in seminyak close to most things we wanted The staff are great friendley and so helpfull BUT... that can only make up for so much TV's did not work there were no DVD players in any rooms which upset some of the other guestes and the pool was not working when we got there. staff tried hard to get things done but when it comes down to it the OWNER of the hotel needs to pull his finger out and spend some money and fix things at least one guest left early and was upset

the staff were very good and helpfull but !!!!!
the rooms are big but not every thing works TV not working NO dvd or VCR ?? as per the information ...in any rooms , also no tea and coffee in the rooms
had a great time in Bali and i cant say how happy i was with the staff at the hotel always a smile and helpfull thank you again guys .... but the Owner should fix the broken things and get the hotel to a standard which it can be and not one he thinks he as

何といってもスタッフの対応は気持ちよくとても親切。 ただし、ハネムーン、カップルにはもう少しいいところに泊まった方が満足できると思います。 値段からしたら、十分です。 一番の注意ポイントは、隣接したクラブからの騒音でしょう。ほぼ毎日0:00~3:00くらいまで音楽が止みません。 基本窓を閉めますが、気になる人は寝つきが悪いかもしれません いいところ スタッフの対応 コンビニが隣接している どこに出るにも、アクセスがいい(渋滞を回避しやすい) 気になるところ 部屋の設備についてはwifiが届かない部屋があります(ロビーはOK) 駐車場が狭い(車は2台まで、バイクは数台OK) 部屋の照明が少し暗い

kurang menyenangkan karena hotel butuh renovasi, kebersihan kurang, hotel nya juga sepi tapi pelyanan ramah dan respons cepat, jadi tidak terlalu mengecewakan
