Quiet place , far end from the street

Friendly staff , early check in and quiet place
It is a lovely boutique hotel lobated at a small alley hidden street ! The hotel with a gym and facilities but of course we don't have time to use as in a short trip so we rather to explored the city and 1 round mountain by Motorbike . The hotel provide free tuk tuk to the city , we used it twice to go for dinner only . The pool a bit small and haven't seen much guest come for swim including me . Breakfast is ok , a bit boring , although they have a menu to order aside but it is really nothing special ! Overall , I like the big room and quiet place but not really much keen on the breakfast . Food at the cafe restaurant is rather expensive and I have never seen anyone dinning there . I have one lunch and it is not bad ! We got dinner at the River Market was very nice and the spicy chili was good as well .

Beautiful boutique hotel

Useful and comfortable family room, beautiful grounds, nice breakfast and staff
We stayed at the Puripunn with our 2 teens. The family room was perfect-extra bed in the 2nd room made for two singles and then we had the queen in the main room and the beds were really comfortable! The bathrooms are laid out well so that the toilet and shower are in their own rooms within the bathroom. This made it easy for everyone to get ready. The grounds are beautiful-especially at night-and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They even brought us another one of the refreshing welcome drinks our last day as we waited for the taxi-no other luxury brand has ever done that for us. The breakfast is fine-buffet plus cooked to order entrees. The location was just good-it was about a :10 walk to the night bazaar or you could use the tuk tuk. Certain times the tuk tuks were free-there was a schedule at front desk. We always walked and it was no problem. The front desk staff helped arrange our tours and taxi back to airport. They also gave good information about the local area. We would stay there again.

Great stay

1 - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. 2 - rooms were nice (though a little dark). 3 - concierge was knowledgeable about Chiang Mai
I had a great stay, I would recommend this hotel. The owner was there one day and introduced himself, a nice touch. Overall a nice hotel. Note that the hotel is not very close to old city Chiang Mai, so you'll have to tuk tuk or taxi most places.

Nice location but poor service

Great location
We emailed the hotel several times before we checked in to request an extra bed, and we got confirmation email from them too. However, when we checked in, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to add an extra bed. (And they asked us on the spot if we want an extra bed.) I also cannot accept the fact they provide used slippers in the room. Plus, the staff at the restaurant is not very friendly. (That's another long story.)
