Overrated hotel

Location, friendly staff
The stay was all right. But the condition of the rooms were terrible. Definitely needs refurbishment. Landscaping should also be looked into. Grass & bushes were overgrown.

location is infront of the beach
The room I stayed was day at 8am they we're doing some renovation. They we're drilling next to our room. Felt annoyed. Then when we book, the hotel said including breakfast. So when we we're there it's not in buffer but Ala carts.....very disappointing. They only hv 2 options - American breakfast and local breakfast. We asked for extra bread to the waiter and he said bread is limited then I said I want to complain.....after a few seconds the waiter came and said we can hv extra bread. Please value.your ccustomer . If Ala carts please mention early so we know whether want or not. Don't say it's not a peak time so difficult to cook....if that the reason please do inform. In my life this is the first time I ate horrible breakfast. Sorry to say that.

the hotel is half fenced from the beach

good service, breakfast is good, good location
it's nice served, just the beach there is not properly maintained, a lot dropping leaves on the beach, and cant walk to the beach from bayu villa room, cos it's fence blocking the way, need to walk to the end of the fence(near the pool side) to enter the beach. it's still enjoyable cos this hotel located close to the beach side.

Resort is Worn Out

Service, Environment, Facilities

Don't stay here. Rundown, bad service.
It was is rundown,no maintenance, staff are so incompetent. When we first checked in they said they upgraded us to a chalet.upon entering, toilet smelled of faeces. We told them and they sprayed some freshener, smell didn't go away. Changed rooms and our beds had so much sand in them.due to low number of guests they didn't provide buffet and they only had two types of breakfast set. Horrible sausages, not generous with fruits (it says fruit platter for each set but they make two people share a small tiny platter). The beach was dirty, lots of rubbish, and overall the whole hotel was really rundown. Was a horrible stay for me.
