Nice weekend in Manly
Hostory, location and views
I had 4 night stay at Q Station recently. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean, a little basic but considering the history of the place, it's what you'd expect. There was no AC in my room but during my stay the temperatures were only in the high twenties. The previous week they were in the high thirties, that might have made the nights a lot less comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the water taxi from the wharf directly into Manly was a great way of getting around. A lovely total experience for what was largely a business trip.

Short break
Situated in a National Park was great to some extent, a hindrance in others. Breakfast was good value and when the weather was good, the position excdellent.
The position is very good. The problem I felt was not having your own transport having to leave the car in n the top car park, and using a shuttle bus. Waiting for a shuttle each time one wished to go somewhere was frustrating. The staff were friendly. It is a place one would check into and not expect to go out, there is plenty to see and view, but one needs to be agile and the weather has to be kind

Great place, interesting and picturesque
Position, surrounds, restaurant
We had such a lovely time at Q-Station. The restaurant was amazing and the food divine! interesting to visit the museum and walk along the beach. (only thing I was dissappointed with the view from our room, because when booking the lady assured me we had uninterrupted views of the harbour and this wasn't the case, lots of vegetation in front of us.

Q Station accommodation
Q Station is in an amazing, beautiful location. The breakfast was fairly good value with a range of options available, including gluten free. Our room did not have a bathroom & we were not advised of this. There was also no hot water when we showered.

Happy days together.
We arrived and were upgraded to a room with an ensuite, I would have booked it had I realised. The staff were amazing, a lady tried to interrupt but because I'd waited my turn, she was asked to wait😀
The room was clean and comfortable. The view was mind blowing. Sitting on our balcony drinking in the view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend my friends come and stay.

Wedding anniversary weekend
The site is very interesting and is quite large. The set up for travelling around the site is well done and the accommodation was well presented.
Relaxing, interesting and we wished we could stay longer. The food at The Boilerhouse was good but i dont think fantastic. The breakfast was a bit ho hum and the staff were inexperienced. Great location. A little more polish to bring it up to a higher standard.
