Paticular response to check in process.
At check in the clerk was pleasant. However he fumbled our check in process between two computers, was unable to enter our rewards points, and spent what seemed a long time trying to get the room confirmed. At first he said we would have to come back in a couple of hours and then the room would be ready. That was unacceptable as we were going to continue traveling to Strawberry Iowa for a wedding and we were in need of the room to dress for the wedding. After explaining our needs he was able to secure the room. This was not a smooth and seamless check-in process as we had reserved and paid for the room prior to our traveling. Up on checking out the next am., he couldn't remember if he had entered the appropriate rewards on the final invoice. He had, however this stay in Dubuque was disappointing. The customer service was really 1 1/2 stars. Thanks for listening. Paul Dreiske
