Good location. But messy arrangements.
I had made a booking for 2 nights, but my travel plans changed and I could stay an additional night in the hotel. As my first booking was under an AGODA deal, no amendments were allowed. So I booked with AGODA a separate booking for the same room types just for 1 more night. When I checked into the hotel, I explained to the staff that I have 2 bookings, one was for 2 nights and the other was for 1 night. And the dates run consecutively. The staff retrieved the booking in the system and said no problem, and I would have uninterrupted stay in the rooms I booked for my family for the 3 nights. However after the second night, I had an unexpected shock. My key cards did not work anymore. When I asked the front desk, another staff said that I was supposed to check out, and check-in again - an administrative procedure for them to process into the system and renew my key cards. If this was so, why was I not informed earlier? I could have done this administrative procedure in the day time rather than return to the hotel from the day's activity to find this out in such a manner. I find it very unprofessional of the hotel staff. She either did not know her work or she failed to informed us. Also, since it was merely administrative and the key cards are programmed by the staff at the front desk, couldn't they have just programmed the cards for the full 3 nights' stay? I find this very inefficient and surely unacceptable in today's technological-enabled world. I suspect that the staff did not programme the key cards for my rooms. Secondly, I was billed twice for my bookings at Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt London. My bookings with AGODA were billed to my VISA when I made the booking 6 weeks before my trip. At the end of my stay at the hotel, I was informed that the rooms have not been paid and they charged me. Someone must have messed up big time. I am now taking this up with the credit card company.

Good location, but messy admin by AGODA and hotel because I got billed twice

Luxury hotel, well located, attentive staff
Location excellent, right next to Tube. Staff were just amazing - extremely hospitable. Finding my room in this maze-like hotel -- obviously cobbled together from Victorian homes -- was a challenge. The room was literally the smallest I have ever, ever had in a hotel, but astonishingly, there was a wonderful bathtub, not always a given. I had to leave extremely early in the morning and the hotel offered me a packed breakfast to take with me. They also have a wonderful restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Second stay here would return
Proximity to Tube is great. The rooms are great and the decor is smart and well looked after.
It is my 2nd stay here and I would return. The only downside on this occasion is the housekeeper came into our room at 8.30am whilst we were still in bed and again at 10 am when getting dressed. Check out was not till 11 am that day. Other than that it is a lovely hotel and excellent value for money.

Very convenient as first stop at arrival
The Tube stop Glouster Road is just about 2 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and also convenience stores. Cash machines and banks around.
I was staying in London for 11 days but made a mistake with my arrival date. Since I was unable to extend one more day for the other hotel I booked, I decided to book Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt for 1 night as it is near to the other hotel I originally booked for the rest of the trip. It was a very wet day when I arrived, and the staff helped me move my luggage up the stairs to the lobby. I was given a ground floor room with frosted windows for privacy as well as thick curtains. The room is really good-sized which I was able to open my suitcase properly on the floor and still have space to walk around it, and a really big bathroom. As it was rather wet, I didn't go out for dinner and instead ordered room service (BLT sandwich with Chips) which tasted really good. Only bad thing I would give is that the bed is much higher than I am used to, as I felt like I was sliding down every time I got off the bed.

Perfect location for museums and harrods
Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful throughout. Superb location - we were there for concert at royal Albert hall then shopping at Harrods. Lovely breakfast.
Superb visit from start to finish. We were there for concert at Royal Albert Hall so was great to be able to walk and save on taxis. Next day we went to Harrods so again walkable. Also close to museums. We had 2 single rooms - yes small but all you need for a nights stay. We were asked what floor we wanted them on and he made an effort to place us next door to each other. Would definitely recommend as a hotel - we will use again.
