Turning a good hotel into a B&B
I have been staying at this hotel off and on for about 7 years. It's always been the 'poor relation' in the Radisson chain in terms of quality of the rooms and the service. For example, no one in attendance to help you with your bags when you get out of the taxi onto the busy street at the hotel entrance, and no offer to assist take your bags to your room. However, it always did have good food on the room service menu - often the first option after a long flight, especially if the weather is bad. What a surprise this visit to discover that the hotel no longer has room service meals - or any meals other than breakfast. Yet the hotel blurb on the TV 'hotel information' screen rates itself as '4.5 stars' - what a joke. It's now just a bed and breakfast set-up. Considering that the room prices are often more than the Radisson Blue across town - always the preferred option - this hotel has dropped way down the list!

Excellent value for money, good & comfortable accommodation in Sydney
The accommodation was to a high standard and clean. I had a good night's sleep and a very nice breakfast. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Convenient location; close to Harbourside and metro
Like how this is within walking distance to lots of tourist spots - Harbourside, Capitol Theatre with lots of nice restaurants such as Chat Thai; Pancakes on the Rocks; etc. Also near the metro is Mcdonald's and supermart nearby. Room is spacious and neat/ clean

Just average
For a major hotel bathroom facilities very dated. Cleanliness very average and not up to expectations

Centrally located hotel
The location was excellent with close vicinity to shopping and restaurants, also to major attractions in Sydney. The room was cozy and clean.

great location, roomy space!
I stayed suite room with 10 years old boy and wife on Jan 8~11 2016. Overall room condition was OK, clean & space. Great location, easy access to restaurants, store and Sydney attractions. But Friday & Saturday night, it was too noisy. Not good sound proof! I recommend ballet parking, it was $40 per day. I think the price was reasonable. No stress to find parking space.

Disappointing
Rooms are old & rundown. The room was smelly, the balcony & kitchenware were dirty, we had to ask for a rollaway bed as the bedding config was not what we requested (they tried to charge for it too!), the appliances & furniture are very outdated (there's a VCR in the bedroom & the TV doesn't get any channels). One of the girls at the front desk was so lovely & really helpful, the other one was rude. Such a shame as we paid a lot of money for the 2 night stay.
