Hotel stay during January 2016
No restaurant on site was a little inconvenient, but the motor way services was just across the road. Not good in bad weather. Ideal for business people and couples, not for family stay. Found there was no drawers for clothing etc, just hanging space. Rooms very clean and tidy , shower not adjustable so found it awkward being small. Very convenient for the motorway.

My stay
The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and nice and well stocked with towels and soap
At first it upset me when the receptionist said I had to pay because the payment I made through AGODA had not come through. If I did not have proof of payment on my phone things would have been very unpleasant. The voucher AGODA sent me through email did not have the amount paid shown on it. Otherwise I am very thankful to Agoda who found a room for me as I was very desperately looking and the location was very close to my place of interest.

i used to work for a company who maintained whitbread 'welcome break' and considering it was meant to be an 'executive double room' it was pretty basic, does tea and coffee facilities and a trouser press and ironing board make it executive?? not impressed at all!
