This hotel is very dirty, I am very disappointed.
Bad I woke up at 2am because I could heard noises from the bathroom may be from others rooms. It was terrible. I have a very bad day because cannot sleep after that. Hotel was dirty. Location very super inconvenience.

Comfort clean room

Big & clean rooms, comfort bed, friendly concierge
Initially given a cramped corner room on 12th floor. It has a sharp pointed corner with a counter table placed and just a step away from the bed. The bed was 4 steps away from the door. Window was direct afternoon sun. I went to counter staff for a change and she told me no rooms available. The only way is to check the next day morning. I was told there will be a room available but I will be leaving after breakfast. Staff inform me that they will transfer our luggages to the new room. When I returned to hotel at 4pm plus, I have to wait for 30 mins for staff to arrange an available room. Finally we had our new room, we were given 2 cards, 1 for the old corner room to retrieve our luggages and 1 for the new room. We booked the club room and entitled access to lounge. Food were terribly little. Pastries are always there, less then 10 pieces. Breakfast: oat porridge, onion rings, noodles, hard boil egg, bread. Dinner: Noodle, satay, wine & hard liquor. Very little choice. Buses from the hotel to Mongkok & vice versa is very convenient. Bus price HKD7 per pax, frequency about 5 mins. Or bus M25 to Kowloon Tung MTR, HKD 5.50. There are many shops 2 streets away, there's a supermarket & 7-11, on the right of the hotel. A new experience for travelling in bus this time after 5 times staying in HK & putting up in hotels near mtr.

The only best thing about the hotel is cleanliness.
Fairly good. The hotel is far from MTR. The location of the place is not convenient to old persons. The best for an old person is to ride a taxi or join a tour group of the same age otherwise it is hard for them to transfer from one commuter transportation to another.

A Secret Location to be Celebrated

Service, cleanliness, neighbourhood
As usual - stayed many times and never disappointed. Refurbished rooms have the best lighting ever experienced in a Hotel - great for shaving! Only blemish is the use of the business centre where you cannot print out direct at the PC you are using but have to send it via email to the receptionist for printing. This situation has existed for several year, so time to renew those old, out of service HP printers. I object to personal mail beng printed this way as you don't have control. A small negative for what is always a pleasant experience!

love the executive deluxe room

the 2 queen-sized beds, the peaceful area, very accessible by many buses
It was very pleasant. Loved the fact that they gave 2 queen-sized beds in a deluxe room. Love the breakfast.. The place is very accessible by many buses so it was easy to get around.. something very small but I think shd be highlighted is the fact that they provided a universal travel adaptor in the room.. very useful. A small and simple gesture but very much appreciated.

Rooms too small but expensive.

Easy transportation form airport,Nice staff, good location.
I'm urgently reserved this hotel and found room rate too expensive when compared with other time. But when we arrived hotel and found room too small that made up my mind this hotel is very expensive. But I've no choices.

Old but value for money

value for money, spacious room, many eateries around hotel
Hotel is old. The corridor has a cigrette stench. The room was spacious by HK standard.
