The Dirtiest Hotel Ever
Cons: Bathroom stinks, toilet bowl leaks, uses seawater for flushing, manay many deferred maintenance, lousy food in hotel restaurants and neighborhood eateries. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Needs to take a bus to the Shatin Station then take a train to MTR Station. You transportation cost will be more than the savings on the rooms. Staying in a more convenient location will save time and money. Pros: good sized rooms, nice staff, fast elevators, good in room air conditioner

Room is good and spacious. We were 4 adults and the room has 2 queen size beds. What disappointed us was their wifi policy because they would only allow 2 devices to have free wifi access per day and we were 4 with one cell phone each. I think they should reconsider this policy. It should be based on the number of declared occupants per room because you will be paying more if you get a bigger room. One more thing is they don't have a tour package. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I dunno what is the reason, but their wifi only can connect to 2 devices, need to improve bus facilities and other important facilities that cost cheaper

Good hotel, but needs a little bit of upgrading and refresh bar area. We come here every year when we come to HK, but we will look at another hotel in future as the hotel was not up to previous years standards. Needs a revamp and to refresh the whole hotel's décor and staff attitude
