Bad service
I reserved two rooms for me and my colleague. Our breakfast was at executive lounge that only served cintinental breakfast. Because the limited choice of menu I asked the duty manager to allow me having breakfast at different restaurant. He said I need to pay HKD 90 per person. It doesn't make sense because I paid more than that to include breakfast. The other thing is the wi-fi service limits only two devices. I needed to wait 24 hours to switch other device because the IP was locked. The last thing is late check out. While it was written that we were allowed to have late checkout at 6 pm and we have confirmed it with the front desk, we were locked out at 2 pm. We had some problem to enter our room and needed to rush to the airport. Most of the hitel staffs do not understand english.
