Very bad service

Room view
The service was so bad. A few friends came over after having dinner at the hemisphere restaurant to hang out for awhile, the room didnt provide much glasses so i decided to call down the reception for a few extra glass. His english was bad and didnt seem to speak malay as fluent. When i asked for the glasses, he said i need to come down for the request i made. I said why cant you send it to me, all he said was i need to come down. I dont want to make a fuss about it so i came down. And when i came down, then i noticed that the person i talked to was the security not a receptionist. He said they do not provide such service as they only provide room booking without having to serve us as the guest. We paid the service tax but for what? The security even mentioned that i can maybe get the glasses i need from the Hemisphere restaurant but i need to buy them. Such a stupid answer. Everyone seem to be stupid. From the receptionist to the security. When i arrived to checked in, the receptionist was so stupid that they only give us a one car parking pass. We got a two room suite and they can only provide one parking as they said its quite full. When i went to the parking space, there are still plenty of spot that was not utilized. That was for the first night. For the second night, we were being lazy in the room wathing tv, playing cards and all the sudden we heard a bell ring and someone shouted help. As we went out from the room then only we noticed that there was someone stuck in the lift. We quickly call the security and it took 20mins for them to come up. So 1 of my friends took the responsibility to go down the security desk to ask for help. He reported that incident but the security guard was denying that the lift was stuck. He said everything was ok as they claim to have cctv in the lift. My friend argued and then only they took action to come up. When they unlock the lift door, there was a guy with 2 babies stuck inside for 2 hours at the 19th floor. Never again

Worse hotel in town
Staff very rude and no manners, worse customer service, in room fridge not function, inconvenient location and limited visitors car park, actual room is totally different with the photos... Overall, I have bad experience in this hotel and its not worth to pay such money for this kind of suites.... Definitely would not stay there again and will not recommended to anybody as well....

Infinity pool, parking facilities & room size.
Television has not worked, channels are displayed with interference and static noise. Claim have free Wifi, but Wifi in my room was not working. Toilet taps are not maintained and broken. The infinity pool, however, was awesome!

Rude Staff

Loaction , Room and Privacy
Hi , i want to make complain . First : About Parking, After check in , i want to park my car at the basement . and i don't have the pass because i don't know , i need to get the pass from the check in counter. I get the rude instruction from the Indian guy ( i think maybe Security Manager ) to go back to check in counter to get the pass. I went to check in counter and ask for parking pass, and the lady at check in counter said to me , why u don't ask for parking pass. Oh my god. from my point of view, u as a customer services , should acknowledge your customer and I as a first timer in Regalia ( of course i aspect the parking system is autopay ). Poor customer services !! 2nd : Lift Card no Work !!!! My room is on 28 floor , so everytime i need to go to swimming pool or cafe, i need to go 4th floor first, to ask security to touch for me . I want to change the lift card. but the manager already go back. What the poor customer services ? Regalia is nice place but poor customer services !!!!!!

Worst customer service

Room is big. Good view. Good bar
The worst customer service ever... no smiling face... shower nob was came out when use. Ask 100% of deposit from room price. The access card unable to scan in lift. Not eligible to be 4star... I would rate it 2star.
