Spacious room
D rooms are spacious but not a good location to travel to town area. Near to Macau international airport which need about 10min journey . Otherwise , services are good , staffs very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Great view for the harbour and bridge and casinos
The hotel is a resort that makes you relaxed, not like other hotels with a casino, in which you are always mixed with the crowd. Great view for the harbour, bridges and some casinos on the other side. The room is nicely decored, comfortable. It's an old resort hotel so don't expect everything is brand new. The buffet breakfast is OK.

Remote and Old fession Hotel
We stay at the Regency hotel for 2 days. There weren’t many hangout places nearby the hotel, you had to travel across the bridge to Macau City or Taipa for good food and shopping. The free shutter bus provided by the hotel is limited in hourly interval and most likely you can’t rely on it. The return trip was poor manage, where you can only board the shutter bus from Macau Ferry Terminal even though there are drop off point at Lisboa Hotel. The bus driver was rude and unaccommodating at all. In total, we had missed 3 bus schedules at the Macau Ferry Terminal due to no proper signage and change of pick up location due to Grandprix. The only feasible transport to airport is limited to taxi, but the waiting time could be nightmare if you have more than two big luggage bags, as mostly you can’t put into one taxi. On the first night, our room was with strong smell but the hotel had change for us upon our request. The Hotel setup is in old Europe style, not much facility besides buffet breakfast was reasonable, if you rated this hotel as a 5 star. My overall experience was below average, the main problem was due to the transport and hotel location.

Good choice for economy traveller
Close to main casinos
the hotel is one of the cheapest in macau, but offers all you need and expect from 4-star hotel. the only thing i didn't like is chargeble internet, also there are no european/american sockets in room.

No recommendation- old and moldy
a bus station near by
It may have all facility for a 4star hotel, but in fact it isn't. The aircondition was completely dusty and smelled mildewed. The mirrow in the bathroom was about to go blinde and also the seams were moldy and even dirty as the rest of the room with dust and hairs on the floor. We asked for changeing the room and the other rooms looked and smelled exactly similar to ours. Just the buffet for breakfast was ok. A word to the concierge: He was not able to book a ferryticket for us but instead he told us to go to a phone box and call the ferry agency... Any questions about the hotel?

poor in service
can't list it
The surrounding was very deserted so it inconvenient. The room itself was rather dirty, the water from the shower wasn't strong enough and the water was very difficult to adjust, while taking a shower it would constantly change from hot to cold then cold to hot.
