Great hostel
Location, staff, price
Great fun with other backpackers. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! Families with kids should NOT be in dorms! The Indian girl on the desk is particularly nice and helpful.

it's very casual and comfortable.
It's easy to access to. The price is reasonable and the staff is nice.
the position of Reggae Penang Love Lane Hostel is quite good. you can take buses in only 50 meters walk. The China Town, the little Indias and the British Zone are ver close to the Hostel.

Four nights here.
Private room, service, location
I stayed in Ryokan G.H. one night and here four nights. Location is very good. You can rent motor and bicycle also book a bus to KL, Singapore and other places with good price. The owner tried remembering all guests name and he was very nice. Breakfast is only bread and coffee. It was ok to stay

Private beds in dorm room - good location
Each bed in the dorm rooms is surrounded by walls and curtin with reading lights and power points - makes you feel like you have your own room. Nice and private. Good location for nightlife and food
Very good, i really enjoyed the privacy in the dorm rooms. Hostel is clean and modern. There are computers with free internet which is good for those without smart phones, otherwise there is free wifi. There is a bar and restuarant downstairs - drinks are overpriced, but it is still a fun place to hang out and meet other travellers. There are places nearby where you can get cheap beer.

A Nice temporary Abode for Backpackers
They have a bar, restaurant, they have great balcony overlooking KOMTAR at night and personal locker which you can ditch your stuff whenever you roaming along Georgetown.
At first, we had less expectation about this place since we knew it's a backpackers guest house. But Reggae Love Lane Hostel change our perception, they meet backpackers budget and comfort. It really gives value to our ringgit and would love to recommend them.

Noisy but comfortable
Clean dorms, lots of action, central part of town
Very noisy 'party hostel', but the dorms are clean and offer more privacy than most other places. Good location in Chinatown and near to Little India.
