Clean,quaint, and spacious hotel

Big rooms, nice welcoming lobby, delicious apple cider
On,y thing that really turned me off about this otherwise great hotel was the exorbitant parking fee! We paid $36 for over night parking and on top of that an $8 parking tax?! I would recommend staying here but parking elsewhere.

Comfortable hotel, good location

Good pillows and comfy bed, great view of the city, friendly and helpful staff.
I liked everything about this hotel except WHY don't they offer free internet in the rooms?? this is standard in every hotel outside the US. I don't understand. Anyway, everything else was great, clean and tidy, plus inexpensive shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport.

great hotel, great location

the suite-style room with separate living room/office area
We had a great stay at the Renaissance hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious with excellent views and nice amenities. I especially liked the suite style layout of the room with an office/living room area separate from the bedroom. The location was also great for accessing the city center. Overall, it was a great stay!

Comfortable but no free wi-fi in room

Comfortable, clean & tasty breakfast
I was impressed by the comfortable, clean room and the friendly staff. However, the absence of free wi-fi in room really made me disappointed. I think it is very essential for travellers nowadays. If free wi-fi is available at hotel lobby and restaurant, it is not difficult to extend the coverage to all rooms.
