Decent hotel, average staff
Proximity to Union Station; proximity to MEC store; proximity to Bar Hop Bar
Stay was decent enough, beds comfortable, while bathroom was (probably too) large shower door hinge was slightly off. Staff left something to be desired, rather like they couldn't be bothered to be there but for the gent that served us on check out

Amazing comfort with a great price.
friendly staff, Location, view
Absolutely amazing! The concierge really knew the area and attractions and was able to provide solid recommendations which we used and were very impressed. We will definitely be staying here again and cannot recommend this hotel enough. They really go above and beyond for customer service. All the staff we interacted with were also very happy and smiling all the time, it was very nice to see and experience.

Clean, efficient, great location
Great location, helpful staff, clean
We needed accommodation close to downtown for an early morning event and the Renaissance fit the bill. Overall our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance to major attractions and is fairly quiet for a downtown hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit pricey, but not shocking for Toronto. We were disappointed that internet access was not included in the room fee.

Nice hotel with friendly, efficient staff
Clean, friendly, spacious
this hotel would be a perfect location for anyone going to an event at the rogers centre. the parking attendant greeted us and was very helpful….the parking entrance is around the corner and down the street (but day). our room was very clean and new and huge. aveda bathroom products are a nice touch. all staff were friendly and welcoming (parking, maintenance, housekeeping, front desk). we did not eat in the cafe, but it looked cozy with happy customers. my only advice is to be prepared for a 5-10 minute walk to get to public transit, or a $10 taxi to eaton's centre.

Central located hotel with nice room
The size of the room and the bed
the cashmaschine didn't take visa och master card
It was a pleasant stay. The environment was interesting, in paticular the sports arena. The central location was also a plus.

Great location, large Room
Cleanliness, comfy beds, valet
Valet was very helpful. I recommend going for the buffet breakfast over a la carte because each menu item is basically the same price as the buffet. Nice view overlooking the field during breakfast too.

Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel
If you are going to an event at the Rogers Centre, this is THE place to stay. It is also very convenient to the theater district, and has underground parking.

TRES mauvaise experience
