More like a Service Apartment

Wifi, Free Parking and Close to Disneyland
Nothing to shout about except for the fact that it is near to Disneyland and La Vallee Village. If you're not planning to go to these two places, there is no point staying in this 'hotel' as it is located very far from the city center. There is a bus stop right opposite the hotel which makes it easier to go to Disneyland. Only a few restaurant at walking distance. I recommend that you rent a car if you choose to stay in this hotel as it is very quiet at night. With a car, you can drive to better restaurants within the vicinity. Disneyland is not walking distance from this hotel. You need to take a bus or drive.

Pleasant stay

Relaxing, quiet, value for money
This hotel is ideal if one has a family and small children. For a lone wolf like me, I found it very relaxing and safe. The downside is it is not in the centre of Paris. However, communication by train and bus is available. I would strongly recommend this hotel having tried many hotels in Paris. It is the best I have used so far!!

Better than the ones in Disneyland

Pricing, quietness and swimming pool
For the price is more than perfect, not too far from the parks (2 euros on a bus, nearly 20 if you take a taxi), quiet, with a pizza restaurant just next to it and a boulangerie, you really can save lots of money. My family members decided to stay at Disney's Cheyenne Hotel which was overcrowded, stinky and massively expensive in comparison (like 350 euros per night plus dinners per 25 euros or more). First night when I arrived there was some issue with the trains and hordes of people trying to get to the airports by bus/taxi, as I didn't know very well which bus to take or where to stop if taken I needed to take a taxi but none would take me there until the receptionist at Cheyenne hotel helped me. Also, one of the days I decided to stay to watch the Disney's night event, which was impressive, but by the time it finishes there are no buses and you need to take a taxi to go back to the hotel but took me more than 40 minutes to get one. So make sure you have a map and the right directions to get to the hotel, walking to there is possible but the circling roads can be confusing and in the night is probably better to just take a taxi unless you have a map and, if possible, some device with GPS. Again, I insist, its possible to walk to the hotel (there are walk paths) but rounded roads can easily confuse you so don't take the risk unnecessarily. The last day when leaving I also needed a bit of help connecting to the Internet as I needed to check something before departing but receptionist didn't care to help me and acted grumpily, gave me the feeling she didn't care once keys were returned :( The rest was perfect, quiet, clean and spacious it even has a swimming pool that you probably won't use as you want to spend as much time as possible in the parks but was great to tease my family a little bit as they didn't have one on their quite-expensive Cheyenne Hotel.

Decent Location

Location was great since we planned most of the time at Disneyland and it's 15 mins Bus ride from Du Parc. Staff was highly cooperative. In room Kitchen facility great.
My overall stay was good. Though the cleanniness of the Rooms were not upto what I expected. And also for cleaning the room, they charge you Euros 15 per day which I believe should be free.

residence du parc

bed was pretty comfortable and nice pool.
the staff were very rude and not at all helpful. they made us run around after the cleaner looking for shampoo etc, when they said it could be got at reception. the pool was supposed to be open in mornings at 10am and my kids advises the staff and they ignored them until the adults came down. on the internet it advises that eurodisney is 1.3km away and the shopping centre is about 1km away, from this i understood it was walking distance but it was much further away and when i said it to the staff they didnt want to know and denied it. also tax charges had to be paid on arrival which i wasnt aware of. i would not recommend this hotel at all and it wasnt exactly cheap - definetly a glorified hostel! i spoke to an english couple at the pool one day and they had the same problems with the staff and they too understood that the hotel was alot closer to shopping and eurodisney. we will never be back!

Clean, good value for money

clean, good value for money
This hotel was fine, we booked in as we were going to Disneyland but in future we would stay in Park, on the map and in descriptions in says it is really close but it is not, you could certainly not walk from Disneyland to here. You need to catch a bus, which was fine but not always reliable service and if you have children can be a challenge. Also be wary no where to eat in site of the hotel, so you need to either pick food up before you arrive back at hotel or frequent the one pizza place next door. It is in a really remote place out in the middle of no where but I guess it will build up over time.
