A simple accommodation

Good location metro 5mins walk, supermarket across the hotel, heaps of eateries. Staff very nice and makes our stay very comfortable.
Good location and very nice friendly staff. Hotel has no lift and difficult access with big heavy luggage.

Great place, close to Trevi Fountain

Location, breakfast, Building
Great place to stay, close to Trevi fountain, subway and dining area. Staff friendly and helpful, even carried our very heavy bags up four flights of stairs! Great breakfast with lots of choice.

A Comfortable Room

Location, location, room
Thank God we had an airport pick up arranged with the hotel. Because we arrived at night, the chauffeur brought us to where we were supposed to pick up the keys before bringing us to the location of Residenza Ki. It's not a hotel, more of a residence. But room is comfortable and location is very central! Moreover, there is a Halal kebab diner opposite Residenza Ki, which was a major plus for us because we are Muslims.

Excellent Receptionist, Friendly staff and clean room
They got the best reception, who speak perfect English. He gave very good advise on things to watch out in ROME, recommended route to travel in route and even where to find cheap and good food. The room is clean & comfortable. Breakfast we have a lady who is very friendly to serve breakfast and make friend with everyone. Wonderful location as it is in the center of most place of attraction.

Lovely Location and Kind People

The staff is extremely helpful. The location is great for walking to many sites in Rome. The rooms were very clean.
Our stay was lovely. The staff was so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The room had lovely windows in both the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was larger and more modern than expected. The daily breakfast was a wonderful and easy way to start eat day.

Best small hotel in roma

Location and price
Love this small little hotel or residence we can stay..i was there for 3 nights in sept 2014 and love the place..the triple room is rather big with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast good. But best of all location beibg really near all the places of interest like the fountain, spabish steps, vatican and the train station..although you will need to walk a little bit but it is not much..highly recommended..

Great location, ok hotel

Location, friendly, price
Great location, small room but small price. No iron or coffee tea facilities in the room and little grungy but for the price in that location its a great deal.

The hotel is OK, the room has good size, the location is great, it doesn't have an elevator but the stairs are wide enough to make the way up easier. The Staff was great, there was someone coming up when we arrived and they help with our baggage, then Diego the guy in reception was really helpful, the first thing he did (other than welcome us)was to give us a map and show us were the hotel was and were the metro station was, he explain how to get to the best attractions in Rome and also recommended some really GOOD restaurants. The lady on the breakfast area i don't know her name but she was great, she didn't speak anything other than italian but she will do her best to give you what you need it and provided really fast and in a friendly matter. Thank you to the Staff for being so fantastic!

3 day trip to Rome

location - walking distance to a metro, Spanish Steps and Trevilli Fountain. Loads of real Italian restaurants around the area as opposed to tourist restaurants which there were plenty of as well.

I'm very pleased!

Close to all the tourist attractions, and the staffs are very nice. Clean and best place to stay for a budget hotel!
Was good!! The location is close to all the tourait attractions. The guy in the front desk were very helpful and nice! Breakfast was good, best place to stay in a budget hotel, except they don't have an lift/elevator/scalator, so if your travelling with huge and heavy luggage, not recommended. But overall a good place to check in for a budget hotel.
