First time in Rome

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English. The location was perfect, not too far from the city, but quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely rooms but were messed around

rooms, decor
When we arrived at the hotel we were told they didn't have a room for us (even though we booked it months ago) as someone was sick and extended their stay and so they moved us to another hotel which was no where near the same quality and level as what we had booked had mouldy bathrooms and bed was uncomfortable. We were told we could then check in the following day at 2pm (they wouldn't let us check in any earlier even though they had screwed us around. They said they would upgrade the room but this wasn't done until I rang them up several times to find out they finally moved me to a nicer room. The the breakfast is just a cold continental breakfast which had stale bakery goods. The rooms were lovely but with everything else that happened would not go back.

4 days in Rome

Furniture in the room,
On arrival at the Hotel we were informed our room was not available and we would have to go to another hotel nearby. We were shipped off in a taxi to a lesser quality hotel, we were not amused as we had booked a early tour the following morning. We had to repack and leave our luggage at reception then after the tour go back pick up the luggage and return to original hotel but after 2pm as we were told we could not have access to the room before 2. Not sure if this was because we booked through Agoda or a regular occurrence but not a good way to do business.

a wanna be

close to the center of Rome, clean bathroom, close to public transportation
It was alright, the room is way too arty(in a wanna be style)…, difficult access to the elevator(old and creepy). The staffs are not so informative.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Room was nice.

location, room size, clean
I like the hotel overall. Location was good, 5 min walk from the metro. There was no much selection for breakfast, no eggs, no bacon. A If breakfast can be improved, and sauna is free for use, - I would definately come back to this hotel.
