Good place in centre of old town

Comfort, location, helpful staff
This hotel is on one of the main streets of the medina, where motor traffic is banned so luggage is transported by handcart. It appears to be two riads joined together and is filled with artworks. Very helpful staff and its a few minutes walk from the harbour and beach and right in the old town. Its not licensed to sell alcohol but restaurants within a few minutes walk are. If you don't mind some 60 steps the rooms built onto the roof are large with direct access to a sunny terrace.

wonderful hotel for a wonderful stay

beautiful architecture highly representative of the morrocan one, near from essaouira parking, in the middle of the town
it was a wonderful experience which gave us the taste of the morroccan life
Shopping Tip: be careful of fake jeweles in the zouk

Excellent service in a cozy medina riad-hotel

kind and helpful staff, good included breakfast, heat in the rooms, nice hot shower, rooms are spacious
They serve a lovely inexpensive three course dinner in the evening in the candle-lit couch nooks around the multiple lobby areas. It is perfectly located for accessing Esaaouira, quiet, and has a fabulous roof terrace for enjoying the sun, the view and the starlit sky at night. There is even a Berber tent with cushions to lounge in!
Shopping Tip: a block away is an antique berber and tuareg jewelry shop owned by the blue-eyed berber, zaroil. he loves to chat over tea and show you all his fabulous jewelry and does not get upset if you do not buy. but i challenge you not to buy at least one of his goodies. shop is called la fibule berbere.

Centralt i byen men slidt
