Beautiful riad, quite location and great staff

Roof top terrace, helpful staff, hot showers, stunning court yard
8.3
we stayed rabah sadia between the 27th december and 2nd january as part of a group of couples on a holiday break. the brothers were great before we arrived organising a tour into the desert and visiting a number of kasbahs. the riad is half way between the main square and the new town. it's pretty hard to find the first time but if you get a pick up from the station or airport the openers will show you the way! the riad has a beautiful courtyard with a rooftop terrace. the owners were so accomodating that even on one day when the electrics keep going out due to a problem in one room they provided a bottle of champagne to start off our new year! i would highly recommend to all guests and have already mentioned to friends back home in england.

my stay at this hotel was nice but the problem is the location is hard to be found and the reception speaks only in french so it's complicated to communicate to each others.

Brilliant authentic Morrocan Riad

Clean, well decorated rooms, quiet and relaxing
9
Me and my partner stayed at thid raid for 3 nights in January. It was really peaceful and beautifully decorated inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was really good: fresh orange, pancakes and a selection of jams. There is small plunge pool but it was a bit too cold to use in January. The location is close to the old medina (about 15 mins walk) but is in a quiet part so you can escape all the hustle and bustle. It is a bit difficult to find at first, but the locals will help you (for a small fee!!!). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. If we go back to Marrakech we will stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: On your first day in Marrakech you will probably get conned in the market - I think most people do! One word of advice no one does anything for free! If someone offers to give you directions they are probably not doing it to be kind and will expect a tip! Also ignore any men offering to show you around the souk as they charge extortionate fees and clearly get commission from the shops they take you to. The souk is easy to navigate yourself - so you do not need any help. Be firm and keep on walking, eventually they get bored and stop following you.
