Fun cultural atmosphere and facilities

Location, mint tea and coconut pastries and decoration
We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with mint tea and coconut pastries. The decor and layout of the Riad was cultural and authentic which we appreciated. It's very close to the main market. It was quiet at night. The room's A/C didn't work too well so we were hot in the evenings

Friendly owner in a traditional riad

Friendly owner, authentic atmosphere, great breakfast
The riad is hard to find the first time but its in a great location. Its down a quiet alley in the middle of the medina so its nice and quiet. Just a 30 second walk and youre in the heart of the medina. Hundreds of restaurants and shops all over the area. Just a zigzag walk through the alleys for 5-7 minutes and you will enter the main plaza square. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Start each morning with a nice breakfast with the wonderful family staff members.

Nice place

Location, authentic feel, friendly
It's was really nice place in a good location not far from the main square and in the Souqs but not too noisy. The room was cool, well decorated, really authentic feel to the place. Theres a fantastic rooftop terrace. The staff were friendly and spoke lots of languages. We got a welcome drink on arrival and the price included a free breakfast of breads etc with orange juice. The cable TV, bathtub and kitchenette are not in the room like its advertised on agoda but instead its a shared common space down the bottom of the riad so what we thought we were paying for we actually didn't get which made me think it was a bit overvalued. Only other issue it that we had to change rooms half way through our stay and got moved from the top floor to the bottom but had to pay the same price. When I said I didn't want to be on the bottom (its a lot noisier in the morning down there) they said they had a place next door we could go in. When it came time to go they informed us that the new place had no wifi or TV (but would still cost the same). We ended up moving to a completely different riad as we felt a little ripped off and put out by the whole process. Otherwise it was a great stay, just a bit of a sour end to it all. I would recommend this hotel to others.
