Simple and practical accomodation

Cheap, close to airport express, lots of restaurants in neighbourhood

It was like living at home, so you have all the things you would have at home, such as cutleries, sofa bed, etc. Highly recommended, if you do not want to live in a hotel.

THIS A APARTMENT ROOM...NOT A HOTEL

LOCATION, WIFI, BIG ROOM
6.3
This is not a hotel...it is an apartment room in an apartment building...has fridge, microwave oven, with plates and glasses....there is no check in room or service...maids come in every two days. Room is Good, Bed is Hard, Location is great, not far away from subway, but you have to call the office for someone to meet you there to check in. The price is not bad and it is centered around all the restaurants and shops. Wifi is strong and the room is big. I stayed here three times, but it such a hassle to check in and out.

Is the 3rd time that I stayed at those apartments and I will go again. Satisfactory stay, even when the apartments need a little bit of maintenance.
David C. Couples Canada, October 5, 2014
Good location, nice apartment

Location, Kitchen, Quiet

The apartment is clean, although not spotless. And the facilities such as the kitchen, are good quality, but not perfect. Deficiencies were readily corrected by the staff, although some of them, such as missing items from the kitchen (only one drinking glass, no dish cloth) should have been obvious and rectified without me having to ask.

Looks good – until you look closely.

Location and, er, that's it.
4.7
The comedy began when I turned up to the apartment managers' office to find that they had locked themselves out; a local locksmith was trying (without much success) to let them back in. I stood there waiting. Everyone ignored me. Finally I went to get a coffee. I returned an hour later and was taken to the apartment – which was a good ten-minute walk from the office. (Seriously, could they not have an office in the same complex?) Inside, the rooms stank of cigarettes, and the young guy who took me there spoke nothing but Chinese, so he couldn't give me a password for the Wi-Fi, since he didn’t understand what I was asking. (He also looked at my Agoda booking form like he'd never seen one before.) From this point on, it was just a string of minor annoyances. The shower wouldn't drain. (So the bathroom was frequently flooded.) The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The front door wouldn't lock. (This proved to be a rather large annoyance, actually.) There was no internet. Even the remote control on the DVD player was broken – each button doing something other than what it was meant to. (For Play, press Eject!) In the middle of the night I was woken by a loud noise and turned on the light, to find that a small door had just fallen off a vent in the wall, who knows why. Individually, these things were a nuisance, and no big deal; it's not like I was expecting the Ritz. Cumulatively, though, they not only added up to a miserable and deeply frustrating stay, but also indicated something unfortunately typical to modern China: a widespread lack of attention to detail. The building is brand-new, but when you look closer, everything about it is cheap and badly-finished; it’s like the builders simply lost interest as the end of the job approached. For one night's stay, this was okay – and the location is excellent. But had it been for longer I would have gone mad.
