As per UAE Law, guests below 18 years old are not allowed to check in at the hotel unless accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
UAE hotels may require that couples sharing a room present a marriage certificate upon check-in. To prevent any problems, we suggest that you bring along a copy of your marriage certificate.
Please note that :
Only the following IDs are valid for guests checking in:
• UAE National ID (for UAE Citizens and Residents)
• Passport (for all guests)
Please note that, UAE driving license is no longer acceptable, taking into consideration that all citizens and residents should now have a valid UAE National ID and should use it upon checking in. In case of the UAE National ID is not available, the passport should be used instead.
A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per bedroom per night is applicable, and the fee will be applied to all stays from 31 March 2014, collected by the hotel upon check-out.
Children and extra beds:
Guests over 12 years old are considered as adults.
