Horribe, rude, borderline psychotic manager and abrupt, rude staff.
There are luxury suites, nice bungalows, and cheap rooms. The cheap rooms are awful. No TV, and wi-fi was usuallynon existant, even fromthe balcony where they said it worked. Despicable male manager, and most staff are Burmese who don't speak or understand a word of English. On the bright side, the swimming pool is huge and gorgeous. Locatedright bythe pier where boat arrives from Samui.

serviceable at best
pool area was very nice, close to the ferry dock, easy walk to full moon party
Stay was fine. Room was not very clean we moved from our first room to a bungalow by the pool because the first was so bad. Aircon was iffy. There was no water two mornings and when it came back on it was brown and disgusting. Expensive for what you get for sure. Management was nice and helpful though.

Awesome pool!
Awesome pool, great bartender, good location
We booked last minute.. But our room was way below average for the price.. Just don't get the economy rooms.. I saw the others and they looked ok.. Get a boat house if you can!! They looked amazing!

So so only
I would like to say 3 worse things of this hotel: lousy wifi, water heater broken and lots of insects inside the room. The only good things is nice location and swimming pool.
Not so good because lousy wifi, water heater is broken and some inserts inside my room like ants and cockroach.

Ok for what it was...
The locations is brilliant, 10 mins walk from the beach and right next to the ferry port.
Upon arrival we were greeted with a host that didn't really seem to happy for us to be there. It was approaching 8pm which I believe is when they close so this may have been it. Upon getting into the room, for what we paid it was adequate but I know there are better options on the island however this was booked in a rush for Full Moon. The WiFi signal is none existent so if this is a requirement, definately not one to stay at. Facilities outside the room were good, nice pool and the bar serving drinks and food were its one redeeming feature. The staff here are excellent and are good for a joke or two. The beer is priced well and they really looked after us. It was ok for what we needed it for, a base to use for exploring the island and the full moon party. We did stay in the economy rooms so didn't expect much but the staff (excluding the bar) seemed uninterested. Wouldn't stay again, speaking to other people there are much better options at the same price.

Expensive for what you get
The swimming pool and the location were good. In front of the pearl to go to kho samui.
My room was out sude the resort on the other side of the street. There was no front door so everyone could go in. There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the swimming pool. The people at the reception was rude and completily unhelpfull
