Great stay
The staff at Rising Dragon Grand Hotel were great! They were very helpful and friendly. Every time I had a question the reception was always happy to help and gave us great suggestions. The hotel rooms were clean, could possibly update a few things. Overall, great experience!

Professional, clean, in the center.
We stayed in this hotel when we first came to Hanoi and then last night before departure back home. The level of service is very professional, the rooms are clean and well equipped (except for a broken swing in our a/c). The staff speaks English very well and helped us arrange bus tickets to Sapa and Cat Ba as well as a train ticket to Ninh Binh. Due to its location in the Old Quarter it is a great place to stay (only 10-15mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The breakfast is tasty and you can choose among variety of cuisines. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Mother of Dragons, what a tasty breakfast. Great choice between western dishes and a delicious pho (no-brainer really). Staff speaks fluently English and helps you find your way in the cute but hectic old quarter. Rooms are quite small but not too small.
