Value for money
Filipino staff save the day understanding English, good to have shuttle that leaves every 30 mins that links to city proper
Good, with Filipino staff around. Hotel is a bit hard to find especially if taking public bus. PUB drivers can't understand English and has tendency to skip a bus stop if you're not attentive

Quiet location in busy Macau
Great location. Older hotel but quality and well maintained (not so common in Asia). Generally friendly and helpful staff.
Quiet location with great views, but within walking distance of shopping and historical sightseeing areas. Good value for the type of room you get. A little further to get to the older (1960's & 70's) casinos of Macau. You will need to get a bus or taxi to the new casino palaces of Cotai/Taipa. Probably was regarded as a 4/5 star hotel when it was built in the early 70's and has managed to maintain some of its class.

“Little hotel in a quiet place”
“Little hotel in a quiet place”
Only happened to book here coz most of the other hotels were fully booked. Got a room for a night on the 3rd floor, no view at all. Room wasn't that big and bathroom pretty tiny compared to other hotels. Room decor old and wearing out. Not convenient too as we could only go there by taxi especially at night, luckily they had a shuttle bus to go to the ferry pier and Senado square but during specific times and not too frequent. No restaurants nearby. Will try other hotels next time.

Fine for 1 night, nice views, old hotel
Good views, good size room, convenient
Hotel is fine, a bit tired, good view of fireworks, lots of tour groups, not really a 5 star as it has minimum amenities, room was good size, location was good, TV remote was a challenge to work, front desk staff could improve their friendliness skills, better instructions on where to find the shuttle bus at the ferry terminal would help.

Quiet hotel with good views
Seaview, affordable price, breakfast.
The hotel is busy renovating, we had an "old" room but with great views. A free shuttle bus gives access to the city every 1/2 hour so location did not play much of a role. It is a quiet high up place with no traffic noise. The Internet sucks in our room accessible only in the bathroom. Staff speaks litle English. One of the shuttle bus drivers was unpleasant, rude and unhelpful. A nearby Portuguese restaurant is very recommendable. The overall experience was good and I would stay there again.
