Shariff manages the property well and has a smile from ear to ear. He seems to enjoy his job !
Sarah M. Călător în pereche Australia, 31 decembrie 2012	Great Location Lovely pool. Clean and a good size. 8,3 We recently stayed at Arvina Villas for a week over Christmas. The location was great for access to Seminyak and Legian within walking distance of Seminyak Square in one direction and Bintang Supermarket in the other. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only criticisms I would make are the lighting is very dim in the bathroom; the high sheen floor tiles in the villas get very slippery; take some coat hangers are they are in limited supply (we only had 2) and if you need a hairdryer for your hair take one as the villa we were in didn’t have one. We stayed in villa number 3, which having seen the other villas wasn’t the best, but it was adequate for a week. On the plus side, the bathroom is enclosed so it kept down the mozzies and the aircon in the room was very effective and having a small outdoor kitchen and fridge came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again but would ask for a different villa next tine to compare. Restaurant Tip: Zushiya Japanese restaurant is worth a visit. Its more like a cafe than a restaurant but the sushi is excellent and so is the mango beer. Its about a 10 minute walk from the villas.
Riina R. Călător pentru drum de afaceri Australia, 8 decembrie 2012	Convenient location, huge living space. Convenient location, huge living space. 5,7 Arvina Villas is in a great location. It's just down a small laneway off the main street so very close to shops/restaurants/nightlife. The beach is 15min walk away and Jl Laksmana 'eat street' is a 10min walk. The great thing about this place is the space. Each villa has a large bedroom and a huge outdoor living area with kitchenette. It has a full sized fridge too so perfect if you don't want to go out for all your meals. Syarif is the owner and he is great! he is one of the friendliest people in Bali! Nothing is too much for him and he will go out of his way to help you. The other staff don't have such good English though so best to ask Syarif if you have any questions. The rooms are a little out dated but still nice. The only problem we had was that we needed to keep the aircon on all night (as there are so many mozzies you can't open the door) so the room was freezing and there are NO blankets. We even asked a staff member for a blanket and he said there were none. So we had to go to bed with layers of clothes on! Restaurant Tip: Arvina has great kitchen facilities so go to Bintang supermarket to stock up on food and drink so you don't have to go out for every meal.

Călător în pereche United States of America, 27 octombrie 2012	Great quiet villas in the heart of Seminyak Beautiful, clean and comfortable villas at an excellent price 8,7 We stayed here for 3 nights. We spent the first 2 nights in villa 4 and it was great. It is beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable. It's definitely a great value for the price. The last night, we got moved to villa 1 because we did not have a reservation and they were fully booked. It's separate from the other 4 (2-5) and not quite as nice. I'd recommend making sure they don't put you in villa 1.

Călător în pereche United States of America, 4 septembrie 2012	Great place to stay in Seminyak Great location, wonderful customer service, full amenities including free WiFi 10 We stayed at Arvina Villas for 3 nights and had a very wonderful experience. It's at a prime location, right in the middle of town and within a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is a little hard to find at first, located in a quiet side street off of the main Jalan Seminyak, but it is just around the corner from the well known the Cafe Moka. We stayed at one of the 4 villas flanking a beautiful rectangular pool. Each villa has its own walled space which provided complete privacy. There is an outside living area with a functional kitchen and comfortable lounge and arm chairs. It has a ceiling fan which kept it comfortably cool and breezy during the day. We were a little concerned about the mosquitoes after reading other reviews, but the mosquito coils + the c eiling fan easily solved the problem.The air conditioned bedroom next to an open bathroom/toilet is separated from the outside area sitting area by a sliding door, which can be locked. There was always someone at the reception area as you enter the main compound so safety was never a concern. Other features: -Free WiFi with strong reception in the room -Flat screen TV with DVD player -room safe Perhaps the best feature of the place is the great hospitality of the owner/manager, Shayrif. He really went out of his way to make his guests feel welcomed. He spoke excellent English and was quite prompt in responding to my emails when I was booking the reservation and transport arrangements. He also gave us excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations in town and surrounding areas. For the price, location,facilities available and the warm hospitality of the host and his staff, Arvina Villas is on top of my list.

Călător în pereche Singapore, 23 mai 2012	Small room, comfortable hotel Close proximity to the street activities yet not noisy. 7,7 nice little villa with all that you need for a short stay. you got a small kitchen, a respectable bathroom that's open-air, nice one bed with a nice balinese style chest for you to store your stuff. really friendly manager who is talks about all things, from culture to dogs. did we mention we love his dog too? it's not a high class villa but it's comfortable enough and value for money.

Călător individual United Kingdom, 25 aprilie 2012	Pleasant, clean accomodation in Seminyak Very clean, peaceful location 6 i travelled to bali alone and stayed at arvina villas in april 2012. the villas are located down a side alley so it took my taxi driver around 20-30 minutes to figure out where it was – fyi, tell them it’s the side street at kafe moka, it’ll save you a lot of time! when i did eventually get there, i was greeted by the loveliest young guys who put me straight at ease but unfortunately their command of the english language was pretty non-existent so communication was a struggle. there is a small reception area which leads into a courtyard with a small pool and the villas surround it. i opted for a superior room which was clean and comfortable. the living area is half-outside (i don’t really know how to explain that better!) with a large pond to one side and two leather armchairs facing it. this leads into a kitchen area which i have to admit, i didn’t make use of other than to put some water in the fridge but it looked clean enough. the only problem with this area is the mosquitoes that are in abundance due to the open-air design so be careful if you’re somebody who gets bitten! there is then a sliding door to the bedroom which i absolutely cannot fault. it was cool, spacious, very clean, elegantly decorated and there’s even a big flat-screen tv in there. i will take this opportunity to point out though that my bedroom didn’t lock (it was supposed to) and i pointed this out on arrival but it still hadn’t been fixed by the end of my stay. this may sound unnecessary but due to the fact that the villa is sort of open-air, you really do want the peace of mind of locking the bedroom door. nonetheless, there was a safe so valuables were secure. the bathroom was small and open air with a tiny pond by the shower and toilet – be mindful of this if you have a few too many cocktails! overall, it’s a nice place to stay and fairly reasonably priced for seminyak – which is ridiculously overpriced compared to the rest of bali. the location is really quiet and peaceful. Nightlife Tip: Head down to the beach and turn left and there is a fantastic little restaurant and bar called La Plancha where they serve inexpensive, lovely tapas (in huge portions) and great Mojitos. This is my favourite place in the area as they have huge bean-bags and light-up tables spilling down the sand towards the sea and by evening, it is unbelievably lovely and chilled. Also, get a taxi to Potatohead at Seminyak Beach for classy cocktails by the sea (be prepared to pay London prices though). It's really cool and a little bit swanky.
