Hotel funzionale, buona la posizione
Ottimo il servizio, molto buono il buffet della colazione, piacevole l'ambiente

Efficiente il personale, sia al check-in che all'E-Club e nelle sale ristorante. Un pò lunga l'attesa per avere la stanza libera (tenendo conto che siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio). Per il resto l'hotel é da consigliare per chi si sposta con i mezzi pubblici. Comoda la navetta per raggiungere la stazione di Kowloon da dove si può fare direttamente il check-in e spedire i bagagli, come se si fosse in aeroporto.
Sfat pentru călătorie:
Comodissima l'idea del in-town check-in, a Kowloon, suggeritoci da un amico locale. Liberi delle valigie si può fare shopping al centro "Elements", sito nello stesso terminal, dove vari e piacevoli sono anche i ristoranti, per poi proseguire in treno: in 20 minuti si é dentro l'aeroporto! Non resta altro che restituire le Octopus Cards per avere indietro il credito residuo e cercare il gate del proprio volo!

Still remodeling so expect some noise

Overall good for the last minute price but was surprised with all the remodeling going on and the noise involved. Dining was expensive inside hotel.

overall a pleasent stay
clean room, easy access to airport (with free shuttle bus service), but quite far from MTR (about 10 minutes walk), queue while checking out waited for abt 5 minutes

Good value for money close to amenities

Staff could be friendlier but over all experience was good. Clean rooms, near eateries and shops. Good for families. I travelled with my mother and my 2 kids aged 5 and 8. it was still quite a walk to the MTR. but lots of places to eat around the hotel which was good.

very friendly and polite hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much but felt our room could have had abit more space and the wardrobe definitely needed to be bigger. Also there was nowhere to put our cases so we had to get housekeeping to come and remove two chairs so we could put our luggage under the desk.

Very enjoyable as always - have stayed here several times previously. Staff very helpful. Rooms wnice and clean. Nothing is too much trouble.
