due piccoli problemi:
colazione solamente filippina, non continentale, solamente cibi (carne di maiale o pollo)
molta confusione, dalle 5 della mattina un gran via vai di ospiti molto chiassosi, porte che sbattevano in continuazione ecc.
sinceramente dopo 26 ore di viaggio dall'italia alle filippine aver potuto riposare tranquillamente non ci avrebbe dato molto fastidio...anzi

Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff
The room were really clean including the bathroom. Staffs at the front desk were helpful and attentive to guests. Staff manning the canteen are really very helpful and friendly.

Nice room, correct but average service.
Room had modern design, spacious enough bathroom and all standard facilities were good. Free wifi and safe were a bonus.

The free breakfast was very basic, a bit disappointing. The staff were correct but did not impress us in terms of friendliness. Toilet bowl was not clean when we first came in the room and some bathroom amenities (soap) had not been provided, all of which was promptly fixed when we complained about it. On the positive side I can say that the rooms look new and have a modern design, which made this short stay rather pleasant. We had free Wifi and a safe in the room, to make the room facilities complete although there were no frills. Complimentary drinking water would have been a simple but nice gesture...

Staff was not over-friendly but correct. Airport shuttle service was a disappointment as they only operate for a minimum of 5 persons and not for couples, despite the fact that there is a fee to be paid. Checkout time is quite early (11.30am) but we were given half an hour extra straight away when we asked for it. The fabulous promotions that the hotel published on Agoda were just teasers... The walk-in rates that were displayed on the counter, were practically the same. No such thing as 50 or 60% discounts. The price we paid was fair, but in many other countries this would be illegal deception of customers...

The room is the best thing about the hotel. It is quite large and, though we did not have a window, was not claustrophobic. The beds and pillows are quite soft yet firm. The TV is on the smallish side and the bathroom is nothing to rave about but still quite pleasant. The staff are also very helpful and eager to please. The staff in the common area are not quite as attentive but will help once asked. There's a nice massage chair there that is worth the price of admission. The hotel is very close to a hospital and several other clinics which was fortunate for us because our son got sick. Taxis are regularly available out front and the hotel has a lot of commercial establishments that can cater to your needs such as drug store, spa, hair salon and there are a number of eateries close by. The cafeteria food is ok but nothing great. It is very affordably priced though. I highly recommend it for budget travelers as it will exceed your expectations.
