Călător în pereche Philippines, 13 mai 2013	Not your usual HK Hotel Right above the MTR, Interconnected to shopping malls and restaurants, clean & elegant look and feel 6,7 Booking with Agoda has always been a breeze and we have never encountered any problems, they were even very helpful when you need to make changes etc. Holiday inn is really value for money because it is cheap for the room size of a HK hotel. The hotel looks elegant, clean, sleek and new and even smells new. Checkin was easy and we were asked to be members of the priority club which extended our check out time to 2PM and we were given a free drink. The room was cozy and homey, bed was nice with 4 pillows, there’s an adaptor to use for free, bathroom was nice and clean with hair dryer. The hotel is directly above the MTR station which makes it easy to travel around, interconnected to malls where you can walk around. Downside is the bed is a bit smelly, and even with new sheets you can still smell it. Breakfast was also a disappointment, I was hoping with comments they got it would improve but it did not, it was the same thing everyday , so stay for a max of 3 or 4 days only. Location is too far from everything, so if you want to relax, eat a little, shop a little then this place may be a good place to be, otherwise stay near where the action is. Food tip: there’s a dimsum restaurant inside the mall, go there at around 2PM for super discounted and yummy dimsum and tea.

No bell boy service, need to carry luggage by ourselves. But they borrow cart for us to move lugguage.
