Il personale e sempre molto disponibile e cortese, la colazione alla mattina e molto assortita e gli ambienti sono puliti. Ottimo ristorante all'ultimo piano del Hotel con una gran vista panoramica

I only ended up staying for the one night as had to leave earlier than expected, however the room was sensational and the rooftop bar superb for an evening drink with a view. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. I would happily stay there again and recommend so to anyone else.

Old Hotel but very large size of room

Great stay
friendly staff, great rooftop dining, very close to major shopping centers

this hotel was not so expensive but it have a perfect location which is very near to major shopping centers in Surabaya (Ciputra & Town Square) and the toll highway really makes it a great place to stay. Room wasnt so big but its good enough for two and the bathroom is very big and clean too.
