This is a very modern hotel and feels pretty luxurious. It is quite expensive for Sumatra but I got it for 50% off on Agoda and it was well worth the money. I even got a free airport transfer and the staff are super helpful.

I booked this on one of Agoda's 50% off deals and it worked out at very reasonably priced considering the comfort of the hotel, the great service and the free airport transfer. Admittedly it's quite a lot more than most places I stayed in Sumatra, even with the discount but it seemed worth it. It was such a comfortable room and I felt so looked after that it was well worth it in crazy bustling Medan... it was an oasis of calm!

The hotel was clean and the staff so friendly and always smiles. However the location not at city centre and have to get transportation to go to any attraction places. So hard to find nearby cafe or restaurant except the hotel's cafe itself at the lobby area.
