Posizione tranquilla ma un po distante dal mare

L hotel si trova in una zona molto tanquilla,silenziosa ma un po distante dal mare e dal centro.le stanze erano ultra moderne,pulite e bellissimo bagno.peccato per la rumorosita del condizionatore.

The exterior was very well done but the design of the room was not what i expected.
You see, i went on this trip with my best friend and her boyfriend so we decided to get two junior suites.
Her suite was what you see in the picture.
Design-wise it was not bad for the price you are paying.
The room is huge.
However,for my room, i guess maybe the owner of the hotel ran out of budget. There was no partition seperating the dining area and sofa. The sofa was a cheap orange fabric as compared to my friend's white leather sofa.
There was NO bedhead for the bed, NO writing desk, and NO make-up table. Which my friend's room had! Very dissappointing.
I think this should be strongly highlighted to the management!
Please if we book two similar rooms. Don't short-change either of us.

very poor experience. this is more of a chalet that a hotel.
there was no guest service in the hotel after 6pm.
there was no one taking care of the facilities and the pool was very dirty. you have to manually turn on the toilet lights when you want to use the bathroom.

Great rooms, but away from the beach and shops.
Good sized rooms, clean and well looked after

Staff were polite and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, but could do with more glasses and utensils. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and shopping strip, but would be good for a family with young children as it's away from the bar areas.

The apartment was huge and fantastic, particularly given the cost. We had a private pool which the kids loved (I wouldn't take the pool room if your kids weren't confident swimmers as there's no pool fencing/safety, only sliding door). Location was a bit out of the way, with 10 min walk to beach but if your comfortable hiring and riding a motorbike or walking that's no problem (don't believe the google maps location).
We included breakfast which was nice enough but they're not particularly organised or set up for this (minor in the big scheme of things). No cable/satelite TV which drove the kids mad after a while. Wireless internet was intermitent at best.
Gym was good.
Overall good value for money. It's not a hotel so don't expect full hotel services (reception/doorman etc) but the rooms are reasonably new, cleaning was good and everyday. I would probably stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
the massage shop out the front also hires motorbikes for reasonable rate. check the condition of the bike, fuel level and hemlet when you pick it up. you can buy a dvd player for about to make up for the lack of tv channels.

Great hotel for business / couples / families
The hotel is brand new, with a swimming pool and a fitness center. Also, they provide complimentary WiFi

This is a very nice residence. It shouldn't be considered a hotel since the room is pretty much an apartment (bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small kitchen).
The service was great and the place looks really good.
If you're looking for entertainment, I'd recommend getting a hotel in Patong beach instead.

new place in Karon to stay

it’s a pretty good place. actually it’s not a hotel, it is condominium with modern stylish flats. not a lot of people there. during our staying there were not more then 10-15 flats in two huge buildings occupied. it is a new place and taxi drivers and people around hardly know where the hotel is. so it makes some difficulties sometimes when you booked an excursion and someone should pick you up for it next morning :-). but i think it is a matter of couple of months to get people used to this new place.
some things i liked there: very, very, very friendly stuff. they try to do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. they are always positive and ready to help.
small amount of people around.
we have had a huge two bedrooms flat with a pool. it’s a really big and comfortable flat with a big living room, a kitchen and big balcony. it was great. you would pay double or even triple price for this kind of apartment in other places.
good security system. it’s not annoying, but you can be sure that a stranger will not pass to the buildings.
some things i disliked there:
poor breakfast - the same one every day, no variety.
another thing – they started to clean our room wile we just finished our breakfast and wanted to come back. it was every single day! so we had to wait for 30 minutes every day until they finished. if it was only once it wouldn’t be mentioned, but every day the same situation! i would recommend to the hotel management to postpone cleaning time a little bit to let people comfortable finished their beach preparations and leaving their rooms.
though they say that they have wifi in every flat, there was no signal in our flat at all
there was no safe in the room. although i don’t trust this thing in hotels and don’t use it, it should be mention.
i would recommend this hotel to those people who want to live in good apartments, but will rely on themselves in other issues and not expect for 5 star services inside.

Night mare!
Big room suits for family but the bathroom has no door!

Booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights, unprofessional check in staff, I have been asked to pay again so I had to call to agoda call center to tell her that I have paid. The room is big with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and big bathroom well it's a condominium. Poor housekeeping. At night, I couldn't fall asleep because of noisy air-con, soo terrible! I had to buy the ear plug for the 2nd night.
