Hotel comodo, bello ma trascurato
Comodo alla spiaggia e piacevole.

Peccato che le camere superior siano molto trascurate e avrebbero bisogno di una importante rinfrescata. Da sconsigliare vivamente.
Buone le camere Deluxe. In generale l'hotel e' bello ma la gestione ha poca classe nel mantenerlo. Inguardabili gli addobbi natalizi e patetico il cenone a ben 50 euro a testa (obbligatori nel soggiorno).
Per il prezzo che costa consiglio altre soluzioni più convenienti e curate.

All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare piu' di un'ora per prendere possesso della camera. Cosa avvenuta oltre le 16. Al check out volevano soldi extra per fare il check out oltre le 12. Poi ci siamo accordati per le 14.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Scegliere piu' vicino alle spiagge di Kata o di Karon, perche' comunque siete nel caos turistico

L'Hotel e' esattamente cio' che ci si aspettava: buon servizio, discreta pulizia. Buoni anche le "facilities" come la piscina e la spa. Per il prezzo pagato, visto che eravamo in tre, sicuramente un buon affare. Il problema per Phuket rimangono le distanze e i collegamenti con le altre localita': se si sceglie di muoversi da un posto ad un altro, occorre noleggiare minimo uno scooter altrimenti si pagano conti salati con i taxi.

per un disguido con la doccia il giorno dopo ci è stato offerto un cesto di frutta come scuse

piscina, giardino, camera, vicino al mare(10 minuti a piedi), colazione, pulizia.

Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio e dopo 15 minuti eravamo subito in piscina. A piedi si possono raggiungere in 5 minuti le 2 zone più "vivaci" di Kata, con ristoranti, bancarelle, centri massaggi e pub. Il personale parla molto bene inglese. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato, anche dopo un furioso temporale. A mezzora di taxi da Patong. Consigliato a tutti.

even provides beach chairs upon request.
I already stayed here 3 times in the past, meaning it's worth a stay in Kata.

Noisy environment and lousy!

Super lousy experience. The check-in and check out process were slow. The rooms they first assigned to my families were noisy because there was renovation going on at the first floor. The air-con was noisy and water leaking and they had to gave me another room. But the noise outside was unbearable. I checked in on a Sunday and renovation was going on yet Reception Assistant Manageress actually dared to explain and clarified to me that the noise was only for that day and would stop at 5p.m. and that there won't be any the next day. I find that comment a little ridiculous as renovation was already going on on a Sunday, what more weekdays... I had to insist them to re-assign me other rooms faraway from the renovation. Then they agreed I could move to the new rooms across the other side of resort at 2pm the next day. We went out for walk and back at 3p.m. and our rooms were still not ready! With such lousy and slow service, I'll never ever stay in this hotel again!
Additional thing, never go Phuket during June. Rainy season. It rains everyday, we never did have chance to go island tour or snorkling. We go out to the streets carrying umbrellas. Kata site tends to experience black out! We experienced twice during our 4 days stay. The second one last for more than 2 hours and there are many mosquitoes.
