Location. Location. Location.
The location was great. The staff was amazing. I knew when booking that this was a condo type setup and not a traditional hotel which I wanted for the space for me and my teenage son. I thought that from pictures the exposed brick was an added charm , I mean it's Rome! And the rest of the u it looked pleasant. When we arrived we couldn't get into the main gate and had to buzz reception who immediately came out to open it for us. While I appreciate the security, because this hotel is located directly across from the train station, kind of a seedy area of you are freaked out by peddlers, homeless people and rand bystanders. We found that they were all harmless with a firm no or simply ignoring them so we were not particularly afraid to be attacked or robbed or anything. Anyway, after checking in the clerk locked up and took us around to the front of the building and explained the elaborate process of getting us into our room. Which was through an open air hallway, up a flight of stairs and tucked into a dark corner and you could only turn on the light once you were up on the door. Inside the place was pretty old looking. Much different than the charming aspect I expected. I didn't like it. The walls were slanted and low almost like an attic. It was dark, dank and unwelcoming. I checked out and checked into the wonderful Gioberti Art hotel next door. It was amazing. While Roma termini hotel is good for what's it's for and the rate was great in addition to the location,it wasn't for me. For 4 days I wanted to feel comfortable and I didn't there. I'd say it's better suited for backpackers, college students or anyone making a Pitt stop on Rome and simply needing a place to sleep with space toaccommodate their group otherwise stay at the Gioberti Art if you want a bit of Luxury at a good rate.

Very accessible to Roma Termini but safety issues

Proximity to Roma termini and city tour buses
Neighborhood does not feel safe at night, nearly got robbed, no lifts.

Nice apartment, dangerous surroundings

Clean, Affordable and Good Location
Stay was good. A few supermarkets within walking distance. Many halal restaurants around the hotel.

Very misleading photos

The hotel has no lifts and it wasn't indicated in the description. Safety is a huge issue as access was only available by physical keys (which can easily be copied) and no staff available at night. The photos was extremely misleading. There wasn't even blind available which is impossible to sleep pass 7am in the summer morning. There was a renovation taking place and rubbish was directly outside our window. As a result, air quality was extremely poor as there was NO air-con and we can't open the window. Extremely NOT recommend to anyone as it was hotel price but "B&B" quality.

A total disappointment

Nothing was good
In a very unsafe location and room is only secure by a key which can easily be copied. A renovation waste was directly outside your window and the environment is a total disaster

Value for money

location, location, location
With this price and only 3 minus walk from Roma Termini, nothing really can complain. It is not a hotel but more like an apartment, but it was a pleasant surprise finding a kitchen and table in the room. There is no lift or elevator. Bathing was disaster as it took one hour before the 2nd person can have hot water to bath, and it only enough for a 15 mins short bath.

The hotel was not looks like the photo

not at all
staying at this hotel feel like stay inside the cave. The hotel was totally not impressive and its not like showing in the agora photos. The entrance for this hotel at the backyard. Its facing the view of roofing next building. The floor finishes is a tiles which is not suitable with the cold climax.
