Great hotel, excellent staff

Staff members, check-in and room size!
Even though I only stayed in this hotel for two nights I would really recommend it. During these two nights I had a lot of trouble from other Thai people and needed a lot of help overcoming this, so I had to wake the hotel staff up at three in the morning to help me!! They were amazing, they drove me to where I needed to go and let me borrow their phone for free. They went out of their way to help me and that I beleive is very important. Thoe hotel is very nice and is worth the money. Nothing bad to say at all!! Also an excellant location!

Safe for solo travelling women

Helpful staff; clean; free wifi; free breakfast; value for money
Very good stay. Hotel Map got English and Thai translation of the attractions for ease and convenience when asking around; they also give info for bus transport service for your desired destination, good provision for breakfast which will keep you full until lunch ( rice, veggie, egg, cereals, bread, fruits, coffee/tea that are all unlimited servings. ) Safe place to stay, though the outside environment may be intimidating at first ( narrow alley), however, it was a safe way back home even at night for a solo travelling person. They clean the hotel everyday and give new towels, free bottled water. The room got a working safe, own toilet and shower, comfortable bed, mini ref, dresser, it may not be as extravagant as most hotels, but for the price I paid and the service they give their guests, I will really come back mainly because it is safe, clean, and the service was good. Opposite the hotel is a fruit juice stand and also a local thrift shop. A 10,min walk will get you to the river bank with a small temple and a short cut to Khaosan Temple and further down is Khaosan Rd night market. 5,min walk to the bus stop that can get you to the Grand Palace (10min ride) Wat Pho, or Victory Monument(30mins) if you are proceeding to a day tour in Ayutthaya.
