For a romantic honeymoon vacation, go for the suite room. Elegant dining areas, fine designer furniture, a colorful palate, and an outdoor jacuzzi come together with all the in-room reception options you can think of. The Filling Station Cafe, designed in a retro 50s American style, is a hot spot for delicious sandwiches and pastries. Or for something a bit more Italian, try the Ibiza Italiano Cafe. Both the dining and drinking options here are immense. In the evenings, roll by the nightclub for a fun-filled night. Royal Bellagio Hotel is right on the pulse of Malaki. Get around town on foot, organize tours, or enjoy your vacation in your fine luxury suite.

I have stayed at the Bellagio several times and have never been disappointed. Yes there is a small amount of traffic noise that can be heard from the streets below but what would expect in a street full of activity and fun. Not for children but perfect for the traveling couple of single. Recommend to any interested visitor

Maybe the best hotel on P. Burgos

Friendly and efficient check-in when you arrive after long travel. Nice an comfortable clean rooms. Excellent restaurant.

I was traveling a lot and stayed in many hotels those days. In the Royal Bellagio I arrived and there was no need to care about anything myself. It starts with the guard shielding the traffic and opend the car's door. The bellboy carry the baggage and guide you to the reception desk. A matter of course? Probably but not in the noble hotels around! At the desk check-in is uncomplicated even the room was booked just a few hours before. No nonsensical discuss but only the booking number is needed and you can take a seat for a moment while the nice receptionist masters all problems herself. Extraordinary? Yes, in the land of bureaucracy! Even you are much too early they will do best for you can move into your room. It's a good opportunity to eat in restaurant representing a 24h fifties gaz filling station. There is a great filet mignon. Maybe you just drink a strawberries milkshake while "old Elvis" sitting at the bar. It the same good manner of treating guests (arriving or at the desk or in the restaurant or even the room service) which made this hotel very special. Of all the hotels there at P Burgos this is my 1st choice.

Very lacklustre and average at best

Rooms are small, aircon didn't work, allot of street noise.. wifi only so so ... downstairs on Sunday morning their was fight in their cafe... allot of Arabs stay here and apparently talking to the staff there are generally fights and disagreements every Saturday night and Sunday.... staff at reception to be fair were very nice and efficient but overall the hotel is in red-light district and the clientele they have reflects this.. I didnt particularly feel safe staying here and that for me is a big big negative...

An Acceptable, Mostly Satisfactory Stay

Location; Staff; Beach Sunsets
7.3
It was overall a decent stay for the money, the staff is grand; very, very nice and helpful. They were a pleasure to encounter each day. The location is on the quieter end of White Beach yet there are many opportunities to dine in the immediate vicinity. Plus, I enjoyed the walks on the pathway to Stations 1 & 2. The room was large, sparsely furnished with a very low platform bed that was comfortable, the bathroom was small with minimalist toiletries. The water for a shower was fairly warm and comfortable with low pressure. WiFi was reliable. A/C worked fine. The "free" breakfast was very limited and any extras are charged. The pancake was very good. To get there, use the airport transfer service the hotel provides at 600 peso. It is worth the price for the escort from the airport, ferry and then the short walk to the hotel. It served its purpose for me.

Disappointing

Food is very overpriced by Fillipino standards. To access the hotel you have to go through a bar which is busy 24 hours a day. Front desk staff are incompetent and do not care about resolving any issues. Wifi did not work on the final day. I was staying with my gf, so it was completely inappropriate but you live and learn. Next time I'll stay at the much more professional round the corner.

Always Satisfied

I have been a guest several times and have not been disappointed. The hotel is located in the adult-centric Makati area where many entertainment options are available. The staff is friendly and helpful; the room is comfortable and clean; bedding is good; bathroom is well supplied and hot water is always available. WiFi signal is strong and reliable. Registration is on the second floor and on arrival the porter will guide you there through the downstairs restaurant. You will asked for a 2000 peso deposit for incidentals and will be given a receipt; and the appropriate refund on departure. Definitely use the hotel's airport transfer service from the Manila airport where getting a taxi is very dicey with long waits.
