Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Small but comfortable with knowledgable staff

Staff knowledgable and helpful. Room is nice and location is good.
Stayed 2 nights with my hubby and 6-year-old daughter. Drop by Macau in our way to Guangzhou for business purpose. If your main purpose is for food, sightseeing, history of Macau like ours and not for fancy casino, this is the hotel you should consider. Located near (not next) to tourist spot save time and money. Staff are very enthusiastic to show way to walk to tourist spot. Most of the places still need cab or bus services as Macau is very hilly and the road or lane very confusing as all appear almost similar. Staff give us good advice that lead us to Zhuhai custom and board fast train to Guangzhou. Room is clean, bright and comfortable. The free shuttle service is punctual and comfortable. We visited Macau Tower and a few fancy casino using this service. Airport pickup also a plus point. Helpful staff with multi language skill make this hotel really special.

Pleasant stay

Comfortable bed and room and easy access to downtown shops
We stayed two nights in this hotel but on the second day, we could not open our room as our keys no longer worked - we were not impressed when the reason the staff gave us is not valid as we know being seasonal travellers esp after staying in so many hotels in Japan prior coming to Macau. We preferred an honest answer that they make a mistake rather than a lame excuse.

Value for money, comfortable and friendly staff
Location was ok - still within walking distance to Lisboa and major tourist street on the island itself. There is also a bus station nearby (in front of the Stadium just in front of the hotel) that will get you to most of the tourist area (Macau Tower, Black sand beach and etc) No complaint on the room for the price we paid - front desk staff are too busy to entertain us (Didn't even bother to tell me my room number) but some of the staff has been really helpful. There is a shuttle bus by the hotel that run around the island itself every half an hour but do beware of peak hours i.e. after 11AM. There is also another shuttle bus that takes you to Venetian and Macau Tower but only runs at 11AM and 5.30PM everyday. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel but you'll have to register at a counter first, for Hotel - airport was they will charge MOP20/pax we end up taking a cab instead cost around MOP60+.
