Rude Staff. Shuffle guest between their hotels

It was pathetic. Hotek confirmation was for London Royal In but i was told upon reception that room is avaiable in their sis. When reached their they shifted me to another and that was all happening at 9 pm in the night. The reception staff (2 boys) were very rude. On contestating thay why they are not giving me a room at the booked hotel to which they threathened if i would want a room or not. Having no options at that.point of time i had to succumb to taking whatever room they were giving. The room is not even centrallh heated, no windows in the room, pathetic staff.and service. Not recommended for single lady travellers and solo travellers or for even that matter couples. Definitely not a good hotel to stay in. Over priced, pics shown doesnot matcg the Overall, i had a very bad experience at the hotel.

Price (it is not that cheap, but the accommodation in London is really expensive), neighbourhood area
The hotel is located in the middle of 3 tube stations (Stepherd's Bush, Goldhawk Road & Hammersmith) while each has 10 to 15-minute walking distance. It is far away from the city centre and takes more than half hour to go to the major train stations and the main attractions such as the Buckingham Palace, Westminister, London Tower, etc. However, the neighbourhod almost has everything you need, and the cafes and restaurants nearby are with reasonable price. The room (including the bathroom) is very small and I could barely manage to walk after putting my luggage in it. The towel was sometimes dirty. The TV did not work and I needed to wait till the 4th day of my stay when the staff finally found someone to fix it. Nevertheless, I still appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff.

NOt what I expected

Interesting place. I arrived and they moved me to a flat next door with no WIFI. 2 bedrooms and small bathroom. Not a hotel but a vacant flat. It was handily located for 295 bus and beside Shepherds Bush /Westfield which was good.

The most disappointing experience.

zero respect to guests.
The Royal London Hotel informed me, upon my arrival, that my booking had been switched to another hotel at their unilateral discretion. It was done without any discussion with me and without any prior notice to me. At that point in time I had to swallow it with no opportunity to rebuttal.
