Good location and the cleanliness
The hotel is very close to everything: Kyoto Station, shops, restaurants and to the Kyoto Tower. 5 mins train to the Fushima Inari Temple and 15 mins train to the famous Bamboo Groove. The staff were very polite and helpful and they let me and my husband leave our luggage in the reception while waiting for our check in. The hotel has a public bath and a free wifi. All in all, very good and I will definitely recommend this hotel.

great location
warm service staff, location, kaiseki
Room was traditional with separate bath n toilet. Great breakfast we had. Awesome service. But we just thought the pillows were a bit too flat for our liking.

Big Room, Separate Toilet Section, Near Station
We are 3 adults staying in triple room. The room is surprisingly spacious for 3 of us to sleep and move around comfortably. The futon is thick and the blanket is very soft and comfortable. My favorite thing about our room is the toilet that has 3 separate section : the sink, the toilet bowl and the shower. This makes everything faster as 3 of us can use in the same time rather than waiting for 1 toilet.
