Decent hotel with a nice ambience of streams and freshness of air
The hotel is located within walking distance from the Hakone Yumoto station. Good thing is that there is a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel for those who had luggage to tug along. Hotel has its own onsen, massage chair and free coffee at its reception area.

Comfortable stay
Hotel is surrounded by natural stream and bridges, an excellent place to stay. Great location by the main train station. Excellent kaiseki meals for dinner. The staff was very friendly and the room very big for Japanese standards.

Relaxing stay
Two nights stay with friends. We had our own private onsen which was excellent for privacy. The onsen offered a great view of the surrounding beauty in Hakone. Kaiseki dinner was delicious. Futons were setup for us while we had our dinner. Good service. The hotel itself is near the main train station. So it is very convenient.

A good rest stop for its value
The inn was well equipped with the on-sen facilities. It is walking distance of 10minutes to the train station, also there are ramen and coffee & pub for meals. Might consider to go back again if I am in Japan. Relaxing and quiet

Nice Hotel with a decent Onsen
Everything was good about this hotel except the hours of operation for the outdoor sauna. It was from 6-10 AM for men and 3PM to 2 AM for women. It would be nice if it alternated hours there so men could use it as well. Nice bed and the room was big with a waiting room. The restaurant had good breakfast with great service and unlimited brewed coffee.

Clean. Friendly and helpful. Near to station. Downside - no english spoken staff. But not at hakone only. It's Japan.
