Longhouse experience!

Located in a tea garden, remote, choice of cottage or longhouse
6.3
Stayed overnight in the traditional longhouse (rumah panjang) which was a good experience. The longhouse is made of bamboo and wood, each room has 3 mattresses and mosquito nets. Towels, bottles of mineral water, soup, shampoo sachets are provided. Within each room, there is also a 360 rotating fan, a power socket, and a wash basin. Shower and toilet facilities are common sharing. There is the tea garden to see, and a small restaurant for food. Should you require more luxurious accommodation, there is also the choice of cottage which can comfortably fit 2. It's definitely a wonderful experience to stay in the tea garden, minus the slight hassle of getting there by public transport.

Relaxing and charming stay

Tranquility, factory tour and location.
9.7
This is a delightful tea plantation with accommodation in either chalets or long houses. We stayed in well equipped chalet with a/c. The staff were very attentive and the factory tour was informative thanks to the tour manager.

Tea plantation, environment, beautiful scenery

Very enjoyable. We can visit the tea factory and see the plantation. The scenery at early morning is very beautiful with mist and bird singing.

Average

Delicious food, guaranteed privacy, picturesque view
7.7
We were expecting a cold weather but it's the opposite. We even brought warm clothings! It was a long winding gravelled road going in but the view was worth the drive. The main building which placed the lobby & the restaurant was situated on a hill & it's quite inconvenient for guests without their own transportation. The cottages were a few minute-drive away. Ours was very tastefully designed but ants infested. This was very inconvenient especially that we had our baby with us. Overall, we enjoyed the view around very much & the food was great.
