Cleanliness is the most important.. i find the room is not so clean but still reasonable.. smelly and dirty toilet.. the rest is superb..

value for money
clean, strategic, helpful and friendly staff (especially kim and both girls at the tour ticket),i will come again and stay in this place.wifi signal very good, free access to use the computer at the lobby.

Great location but need to improve a lot.
This hotel can be a great hotel with the best location if they can improve on the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel more. The hotel is always full. So please, do make some improvement.

Not worth staying here just for the location
Booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Got both rooms on the 2 highest floors. The first room was on the 8th floor. They kept their bedding and the extra bed in the hallway on this floor. The air conditioner in this room was broken. This was complained to the hotel staff and requested to change rooms but was told the hotel was full. No follow up was done - no immediate maintenance OR offered a fan or such. We had to ask for one and asked repeatedly. The maintenance guy was off, the security had to come in and we told him to clean the air filters on the unit (it was horribly dusty - can see it on the unit) which he proceeded to do using OUR bathroom. Room was dusty, doors had dust all over. Bed was hard with thin pillows (I questioned the cleanliness of the bed sheets) They eventually got the air conditioner fixed (it was out of gas!) and left their metering equipment in the room. By this point we have already decided to check out and asked for a refund. Agoda was really helpful in contacting the manager and arranged a full refund after the first night stay. We moved to a nearby hotel which was only a few dollars more but exponentially more cleaner and comfortable. It was a traumatic experience I would not repeat. Will definitely not put location as top of my list when considering hotel bookings. Agoda should reconsider the hotel's participation in this program. In terms of value for money, it is definitely on the lowest side.
