Wonderful hotel
The staff were very accomodating. The reception is open 24/7 which is helpful. The room was tidy and well-designed. All in all, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends who are going to visit Tokyo.

Clean but Small
It's clean, has a lot of facilities, staff speaks english but rooms are small (good for 2 is only really for 2). You have to walk far (including at least 5 staircases) to get to the train station.

Very nice
Perfect for us. Great location above average size room and staff who spoke enough English. Not much in the way of facilities (eg no breakfast) but that didn't bother us.

Great staff, clean!
Location few blocks away from shibuya crossing. Convenient! Not recommended for oldies who can't walk much because you have to cross a foot bridge to shibuya crossing/station. Luggage forwarding recommended.
