Affordable hostel

1.) Near an attraction. 2.) Staff are informative and helpful. 3.) Cheaper than hotels
1. The hostel is near the Sensoji Temple, restaurants and convenience stores. There are washers at the 1st floor of the hostel. 2. The staff were helpful, speak English fluently and understands what we need. They also offer helpful information. 3. The welcome sheet given to us upon checkin is informative. 4. There are helpful reminders posted in the toilet. 5. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the Asakusa station (Ginza line). 6. Visitors need to bring slippers, shampoo and body wash as these are not provided by the hostel. Shampoo and body wash can be bought from the reception at 50 yen each. 7. A key deposit will be asked (1,000 yen) upon checkin. 8. Towels are not provided but there is an option to rent for 100 yen per towel. 9. Upon checkin, a set of 1 pillowcase, 1 thin blanket and 1 fitted sheet is handed to each visitor. The visitor will be the one to put the bedsheet and the pillowcase. This set needs to be handed back to the reception upon checkout together with the rented towel. 10. The duvet and the bed cover in the room do not smell freshly-washed so my family and I did not use these. We contented ourselves with using the very thin blanket to keep us warm during the chilly night. 11. The common toilets and the shower are clean. We stayed at the 6th floor. I don't know if this has something to do with the pressure of the flush because you need to keep it turned up until everything gets flushed out.

Great Location!

Location, cleanlyness, helpful staff, ease from airport
This Hostel was in a great location! So many metro/subway line at your fingertips. Cheap eats where everywhere and the wif-fi was fast and always available. With a family with small children, access and walking distance to public transpertation and having many food choices including grocery stores is a must. This place had it all. I was a little worried about paying so much for a hostel, but Tokyo is not cheap and locatio, friendly, helpful staff is worth all the money in the world. We were able to cook breakfast and toast was available/included in our Agoda reservation. It was the last affordable option in town, last minute and so happy we ended up here. The staff even gave us some freee passes for the amusement park right next door. It was also very quiet in the rooms. 1 hour ride to Disney land was easy with a few transfers.

Good Stay

Common room, quiet location, amenities
Good place and a fun base to explore Asakusa area. A little bit of a walk from the metro stations but not too bad. Common room was great place to relax and chat with other travelers. Would definitely recommend.

Value for money

Clean, Accessible and Friendly staffs!
If not for the other noisy and impolite guests, my stay would have been perfect. Anyway, the location is quite convenient and a tourist spot in itself. Just bring toiletries and towels if it's your first time to stay in a hostel.
